船舶不符合约定的适航状态或者其他状态，不能正常营运连续满二十四小时的，对因此而损失的营运时间，承租人不付租金，但是上述状态是由承租人造成的除外。
第八十二条 电子运输记录，是指承运人根据海上货物运输合同，以电子通信方式发出，证明海上货物运输合同和货物已经由承运人接收或者装船的信息，包括可转让电子运输记录和不可转让电子运输记录。
