第六十九条 托运人应当及时向港口、海关和其他主管机关办理货物运输所需要的各项手续，并将已办理各项手续的单证送交承运人；因办理各项手续不及时、不完备或者不正确，使承运人的利益受到损害的，托运人应当承担赔偿责任。
