36氪独家获悉，大钲资本已和雀巢达成协议，从雀巢手中收购了蓝瓶咖啡（Blue Bottle Coffee）的全球门店，价格低于4亿美金。交易完成后，雀巢仍然会保留蓝瓶的快消业务，如咖啡豆、速溶咖啡、即饮饮料。值得注意的是，蓝瓶咖啡目前仍在亏损中。据了解，截止2025年6月30日，蓝瓶咖啡过去12个月的营收约为2.5亿美元，其中美国贡献收入约1.5亿美元，亚太地区贡献收入约1亿美元。上述信源人士表示，蓝瓶咖啡预计2026年实现盈利。
